Mini VANFEST is a teaser 1-day version of the much loved weekend long beauty that we all know and love, supporting the live music industry and regional NSW.
Good things come in small packages and Mini Vanfest still has everything you know and love about our main Vanfest events! Get your tickets to come and help us reignite the live music industry and support locals as best we can.
Will there be a main Vanfest in 2022?
Heeeell yeah there will be! Vanfest is back bigger than ever this year in December. Get excited ✌🏼
When do gates open?
- Gates will open at 1:00pm on Saturday 9th April.
- The event will conclude at 10:30pm.
Where are the set times?
- Set times will be released closer to the event date.
What to bring
- Your ticket (tickets will not be available to purchase at the gate and must be pre-purchased)
- ID
- Weather protection (including sunscreen, wet weather gear, hat, etc.)
- Picnic rugs, fold out chairs, blankets… get comfy!
What not to bring
- Glass or metal cutlery
- No BYO alcohol
- Bean bags or air beds
- Marquees, tents or shade structures
- Aerosols or flammable substances
- Professional cameras or drones
- Illicit substances

Can children attend Vanfest?
- Children are more than welcome to come along, as long as they remain in the care of a parent or guardian throughout the events duration. Children must hold a ticket to the event, which can be purchased via our ticketing link.
Where can I stay at Vanfest?
- Forbes has a selection of awesome accommodation options for you to choose from during your stay! We recommend checking out Booking.com, Wotif & other booking sites for local stays.
Can I camp at Vanfest?
- You absolutely can! Camping is available NOW via our ticketing page.
What documents do I need to bring?
- You will need your ticket and proof of ID.
Are there pass outs?
- There will be no pass outs on event day.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
- You can purchase tickets on the day of the event, subject to the availability of tickets and whether the event has been sold out. No tickets will be available at the gate, but tickets can be purchased via our website for immediate use at the gate.
Will there be food and drink stalls?
- We have a variety of food & drink offerings available at the event for you to enjoy. These will be announced closer to the event day. We will ensure that all dietary requirements are met across our food offerings.
Can I bring in food?
- We understand that patrons may have diverse dietary requirements and will allow light snacks to be brought into the event under these circumstances. Food may be confiscated if it is not classified a “light snack”.
Do you have wheelchair access?
- The entire event space is accessible, and staff will be onsite to assist patrons if required.
Is there a first aid facility?
- Vanfest will have first aid at the event, just ask one of our customer service staff on the day if you require assistance.
